World Vision

Helping the world's most vulnerable children by creating a compelling digital experience for World Vision supporters that increases donation revenue and reduces costs through self-service.
Marker started the engagement with an internal stakeholder alignment workshop, and a deep-dive into the organisation's insights and research. From there, we collaborated with the World Vision team over a 5-day Co-Design Sprint to kick-start the delivery on the most critical features. With that underway, we completed a programme plan to replatform the entire digital experience, including a new online donation and self-service web app, new content managed website, integration with their ERP system, and a mobile app.

The Co-design sprints, and in particular user testing, allowed us to truely connect with the World Vision supporter audience and ensure that we delivered a consistent digital experience that worked across all devices.
